The President and the Patriarch

I'll be back with some updates later today, but for now, I wanted to post a link to Dave's interview on a local TV station about his upcoming trip to D.C. for the inauguration. Political differences aside, I'm proud of Dave for the hard work he's put into organizing this trip for himself, a coworker, and 24 of his students! It's such a great opportunity. Good job, honey!

That is so cool! Way to go Dave! and for a first year teacher, amazing. I hope my kids are lucky enough to have as enthusiastic teachers.

That is so fantastic! And the hope and faithfulness that he shows in the students is wonderful, they are a lucky bunch of people! And what a historic moment to witness!

That is awesome! I didn't vote for Obama, but I think it's such an amazing moment in history...Dave and those kids are so lucky to be there. He must be a great teacher...like the kind I would want to have if I was in High School. Way to go Dave!
By the way, he's very comfortable in front of the camera. Good job!
